You can purchase credits through three payment methods:

• Card (PayBlis, MoonPay): Pay with credit/debit card via PayBlis or MoonPay. Note that the payment provider will show you're buying 'USDC' and may require identity verification.
• Crypto: Pay with cryptocurrency and get an 8% discount on your purchase.

Crypto payment warning: When paying with cryptocurrency, you must pay the full amount to receive your full credits. If you pay less than the required amount, you will receive proportionally fewer credits with penalties:

• 99%+ payment: 2% penalty
• 90–98% payment: 10% penalty
• 50–89% payment: 30–50% penalty
• Below $1 USD: no credits

Overpayments: If you pay enough to reach the next pricing tier, you'll receive that tier's credits. Otherwise, only significant overpayments receive bonus credits.

No, credits do not expire. Once purchased, your credits remain in your account until you use them.

Generation speed depends on two main factors: complexity and server load.

• Complexity: mainly the length of the generated video clip (typically about 5–13 seconds).
• Server load: from low to high demand on the system.

Depending on these factors, generation can take roughly 2 to 23 minutes.

These are estimates — actual times may vary. You’ll usually wait the least when the US East and West Coasts are asleep.
